Pressure gauges drift over time. A gauge reading 2% high can fail an audit or hide a real safety problem. Regular calibration proves your gauges read true, and gives you the certificate an inspector will ask for.
Caltech calibrates pressure gauges from our Sharjah workshop and on customer sites across the UAE. Every gauge comes back with a calibration certificate traceable to national standards.

What we calibrate
Analogue and digital pressure gauges
Pressure transmitters and transducers
Pressure switches
Vacuum gauges
Differential pressure gauges
Manometers
On-site or in our workshop
We come to your site with portable equipment, or you send the gauges to our Sharjah facility. We cover Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Abu Dhabi.
Your calibration certificate
Every certificate shows the instrument make, model and serial number, the readings at each test point, measurement uncertainty, the reference standards used, the calibration date and the next due date.
Certificates are issued as PDF. We keep a record, so we can reissue one if you lose it.
How often should pressure gauges be calibrated?
Most sites calibrate once every 12 months. Do it more often if the gauge is safety-critical, works in heat or vibration, has been dropped or over-pressured, or if your client contract asks for a shorter interval.
We can set up reminders so your gauges never fall out of date.
Industries we work with
