Most electrical instruments are portable, so workshop calibration at our Sharjah facility is usually the quickest and cheapest option. For sites with a large number of instruments, or where tools cannot leave the premises, we come to you.
We cover Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Abu Dhabi.
Your calibration certificate
Every certificate shows the instrument make, model and serial number, the readings taken at each test point across every function and range, measurement uncertainty, the reference standards used and their traceability, the calibration date and the next due date.
Certificates are issued as PDF. We keep a record, so we can reissue one if you lose it.
How often should electrical test instruments be calibrated?
Most sites calibrate once every 12 months. Do it more often when the instrument is used daily on site, when readings support safety certification or handover documentation, after the instrument has been dropped or damaged, or when your client contract asks for a shorter interval.
Instruments used for electrical safety testing and site handover usually need annual calibration as a minimum, and many main contractors will not accept a certificate older than twelve months.
