Some equipment cannot leave the site. Ovens, cold rooms, pressure test rigs and installed instrumentation have to be calibrated where they stand. And when a plant has fifty instruments due at once, shipping them out one by one stops production for weeks.

How a site visit works
Tell us what needs calibrating, how many, and where. We confirm a date and send a scope.
Our engineer arrives with calibrated portable standards and the reference certificates to prove their traceability.
Each instrument is calibrated, labelled with a calibration sticker showing the due date, and recorded.
Anything found out of tolerance is reported to you before we adjust it, so you can decide.
Certificates are issued for every instrument, traceable to national standards.
We can set up a schedule so your whole site stays in date without you tracking it.
Shutdowns and turnarounds
Plant shutdowns leave a narrow window and everything has to be calibrated at once. Tell us your shutdown dates early and we will plan the manpower around them. We work nights and weekends when the schedule needs it.
