Temperature readings drift. A furnace thermocouple reading 5°C low can ruin a heat treatment batch. A chiller sensor out by 2°C can spoil stored product. Calibration proves your temperature instruments read true, and gives you the certificate an auditor will ask for.

We come to your site with portable temperature calibrators and dry block baths, which suits fixed equipment like ovens, cold rooms and furnaces that cannot be moved. Or send portable instruments to our Sharjah facility for bench calibration.

Your calibration certificate
Every certificate shows the instrument make, model and serial number, the readings taken at each temperature point, measurement uncertainty, the reference standards used and their traceability, the calibration date and the next due date.
Certificates are issued as PDF. We keep a record, so we can reissue one if you lose it.
How often should temperature instruments be calibrated?
Most sites calibrate once every 12 months. Do it more often when the reading is critical to product safety or quality, when the instrument runs at high temperature continuously, after any repair or physical damage, or when your client contract or quality system asks for a shorter interval.
Food, pharmaceutical and heat treatment work usually needs shorter intervals than general industrial use.
